Hello beautiful people,
Since I already talked about night-time routines, I thought it would probably be helpful to talk about morning routines, as well. Of course, if time slots or routines are unsettling to you to the point where it makes you feel anxious or obsessive, let them go and find your own way to live.
Doing my morning routine really, really helps me feel my best, when I complete it to the fullest. Most days, I miss a step or two, but even if I get part of it done, I feel a little bit better emotionally, because I know I am taking specific actions for self-care. Your routine does not have to be boring, it can be spiritual or it can be an act of kindness to yourself and your body. Your “routine” can be anything you want it to be, as long as it helps you be the best you possible. Here’s an article about the routines of “successful” people; click here.
I created a handout again for you to structure your morning routine, and my personal example will be below it!
I hope these templates/handouts help you feel your best and own your day!
Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, and Happy New Year!
