It’s been a while since I’ve made a blog post. I was planning to post every Tuesday, but I just didn’t want that commitment to be honest. I don’t want to force myself to write/create anything, because then I probably would not be brewin’ up my best content. The goal of this blog is to help empower others and provide people with resources about mental health and wellness in order for them to create the best versions of themselves. In order for me to help others and provide resources, I also have to be the best version of myself, right?
With that, I have a resource for you all! I have created a daily check in reflection journal thingy! I have no idea what to call it! I was inspired by other planners/journals I have been seeing, so I created one for you all. It’s really simple, and it’s something quick you can use at the end of your day to reflect on your successes. I formulated it in a way so that it can be a positive reflection. While it is healthy to reflect on what went wrong throughout your day, I feel like it should be a priority to reflect on what went right! When we point out our successes, we may be more motivated to continue those positive actions. Let’s own today reflecting on our strengths and moving forward with the best intentions possible!
You can view and download the resource by clicking here.
I also filled one out the day I created it, so that you all can have an example! Be free and be creative!
I hope this helps you own today and every day moving forward. Cherish every good moment you can find.
Sending you lots of love,
